Pecan Encrusted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast Boneless, Skinless
- 2 Eggs well beaten
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cups Pecans crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 Cups Vegetable Oil or as needed
Instructions
- Mix the flour and pecans together well (set aside)
- Mix all of the seasoning together (set aside)
- Mix the eggs well in a bowl (set aside)
- Add half oil to a nonstick pan heat slowly
- Season chicken breast with Oppie's seasoning (kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder)
- Dip chicken in egg mixture
- Dip chicken in flour mixture
- Add to heated pan
- Cook on each side about 6 minutes on medium heat
- Drain on paper towel
- Finish with your favorite barbeque sauce and a sprinkle of pecan, serve with mashed sweet potatoes, and fresh green beans.
