I had the pleasure of having lunch with Chef Giles of the Sunday Dinner Company. As he would put it nothing fancy, but great taste!! O what was it you ask!!! Tender Herb Bake Chicken and rice with a light sauce that hit the spot !! I stop by to say hello and end up staying for a wonderful LUNCH WITH A FRIEND. I don’t know about you but I would love to have more healthy and savory lunches with my FRIENDS
