Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Black Bean
- 1/2 Cup Onions coarsely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms coarsely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Red bell pepper coarsely chopped
- 1 Cup Old-fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp Ground flax seed
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder (or 1 clove garlic)
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 Tbsp Red pepper flakes
- Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 °F (or 400 °F if you want the burgers to cook quickly). Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture reaches the consistency you like. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a pan liner. Form the mixture into patties. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F or 8 – 10 minutes at 400 °F.
