    Crunchy French Toast

    Instructions

    1. Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract in a small mixing bowl.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Crush flakes to reduce cooking time.
    4. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, then into crushed flakes.
    5. Make sure both sides are fully coated with mixture.
    6. In a pre-heated skillet add margarine- cook toast on both sides until golden brown.
    7. Serve with your favorite sugar-free syrup.
