Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breast
- 36 Ounces Crushed Tomatoes canned
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Parmesan Cheese grated
- 4 Cups Fresh Broccoli
- 2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash original
- 3 Egg Whites beaten well, place in bowl
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour place in bowl
- 1 Pound Angel Hair Pasta or Fettucine pasta
Instructions
- Season chicken with Mrs Dash seasoning, dip in egg white and flour.
- Heat sauté pan, add oil to pan then add chicken breast and cook 5-7 minutes on each side.
- In a separate pan heat the crushed tomatoes and italian seasoning until well heated.
- Add chicken to sauce, the serve over angel hair pasta or fettucine pasta.
- Finish with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Serve with fresh steamed broccoli, just add 1 cup of water to pan, let come to a boil, add broccoli and Mrs. Dash seasoning cover 5 minutes and add to Chicken Parmesan meal.
