Biography
Allison is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition. Allison currently counsels individuals and groups at the Beaumont Weight Control Center and offers cooking demonstrations at SOLA Life and Fitness, the medically based fitness center of William Beaumont Health System. Having previously held positions at the Dana Farber Cancer Center at South Shore Hospital and New York-Presbyterian Hospital in addition to maintaining a private practice, Allison has extensive experience working in Medical Nutrition Therapy.
Allison is a member the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University and completed her Dietetic Internship at the prestigious New York-Presbyterian Hospital, the University Hospitals of Columbia and Cornell in 2008.
Specializing in private and group counseling, Allison also enjoys fitness, cooking, music, travelling, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Allison currently lives in Oakland County with her husband, their two young children and energetic yellow lab.
