Biography
In 2009 Anne-Marie added the Culinary Service facet which includes private chef services, cooking shows, hands-on cooking classes, private cooking instruction and fine dining catering to name a few choices clients may select.
Chef Anne-Marie is a 3rd generation Sicilian, born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She was taught how to cook by her mother, grandmothers and aunts. As a child she learned how to make homemade Sicilian dishes, pasta, sausage, bread, ice cream, butter, sauces and more. She was also taught how to butcher meats, can tomatoes, make preserves and bake. Everything was made from scratch and still is. She has raised chickens and cultivated large gardens for the freshest ingredients.

At Home Cooking Classes
Why not hold a cooking class in your own kitchen? Get a group together for a fun evening of hands-on cooking in your home. Chef Anne-Marie will share her passion for good food along with some tricks and techniques.
Guests work together to create a delicious meal or if you prefer, Chef Anne-Marie will demonstrate how to make the dishes while you watch and learn.
At home cooking parties are perfect for birthday celebrations, holiday parties, girls’ night out, couples night, showers or any time you want a special way to have fun or celebrate with friends and family.
Some class themes include: comfort foods, pasta making, pasta sauces, holiday cookies, cake baking, desserts, soup fest, all about artichokes and more. The possibilities are endless.

A romantic dinner for two, a dinner party for 12 or a casual family dinner –
I’ll concentrate on making the meal great and you get to enjoy yourself.
Includes menu planning, shopping, meal prep, serving the meal and clean up.
